GBTM Challenge Update #1

We are four days into December and four days into my “getting back to me” (GBTM) challenge. My goal is to update you all on my progress at least once a week.

Here are the goals again:

 

I will deep condition my hair at least twice a month.
I will paint my nails at least twice a month.
I will get my eyebrows threaded AT LEAST once need to try and do it twice.
I will exercise at least 3x a week (need to choose a program).
I will exfoliate at least twice a month.
I will keep my hair neat and groomed (curly or straight).
I will dress nicely at least 3x a week even if I’m not leaving home.
I will wear blush, eye liner, mascara, and lip gloss AT LEAST when we leave the house.

So far…

I have exercised three of the last four days. I’m doing a daily squat challenge for the month of December and some form of cardio three times a week. I did jumping jacks on Monday and I’ll either do those on Wednesday or take Baby S for a walk.

I managed to exfoliate and shave my legs today during one of Baby S’s naps.

My hair is currently curly, and it’s been neat and groomed every day.

I’ve also worn makeup every time we’ve left the house.

Oh, I did paint my nails on the 1st, but then I decided to deep clean the bathrooms and ended up with chipped nails, so I’ll redo them later this week once I get more base coat. I painted my toes today though.

Not bad right? Let’s hope I can keep this up.
