I’m super excited to announce that I’m co-hosting my first link-up entitled  “Mind Right Monday.” Please take a minute to go check out my co-hosts, Dani from Ok,Dani and Darrica of Reese and Coco. Mind Right Monday is Dani’s brain child and does exactly what the title says– help you get your mind right as the week starts. Each Monday we’ll post our weekly goals and what we’re grateful for at the moment.  I decided to participate as a co-host because it’s a great way to share what I do all week with you guys AND helps build in an accountability component, since the following Monday I’ll let you all know what I actually accomplished on my list of goals and create a new list.

Most of my goals for the week are centered around me getting ready for teaching this semester.

  • Start working on course schedule for BM classes. Finish tentative schedule through the midpoint. (BM=brick and mortar)
  •  Start working on written lectures for online courses. I’m teaching a new five week course that starts on the 19th, so I can’t use any of my old lectures.
  •  Edit at least five more pages of my prospectus and finish half of Writing Centers and the New Racism. Email advisor to schedule meeting…
  •  Post to Mamademics at least two times, including this post.
  •  Post to Hook Smart once.
  •  Add new Waffle Beanie option to Etsy shop.
  •  Workout at least three times this week.
  •  Make oatmeal craisin cookies for the guys.
  •  Meal plan for this week and next.
  •  Finish the owl I made for one of my bffs.
  •  Cook dinner at least three times this week.
  • Finish Sesame’s flash cards.

This week I am grateful for…

  • My new FB group for Mamademics. I can already tell that we’re going to help one another in so many different ways this year and hopefully in the years to come.
  • This new link-up because it will force me to get some work done lol.
  • A happy marriage. We drive each other crazy, but we make such a great team.
  • A happy, healthy toddler. I’m so amazed at his growth and development.
  • My love of crafting. It truly is my anti-drug.
  • Our home office.
  • The KEURIG!!!
  • Having more conversations with my sisters. I miss them a lot..

So, what’s on your to do list this week? Link up your goals, so we can hold one another accountable.
