Sesame was starting to get a bit addicted to the iPad, and I’ve been trying to break him from his dependence. This is our fault because we used it to soothe him a lot during our trip, and I showed him Netflix kids, so he could watch Care Bears. He started watching other kids shows that I don’t want him to really get into yet.
Anyway, part of my plan to do less technology is more hands on learning earlier in the day and now that he sits still longer it’s a bit easier.
Today’s letter was S and we practiced recognizing the other letters in snake, snack, and square. His Endless Reader app on the iPad helped him learn the letters, but now I want him to see them off a screen.
